Russia may sell infrastructure cos stakes to private pension funds

BOAO, China, Mar 24 (PRIME) -- The Russian government is considering target selling stakes in large infrastructure companies to private pension funds, but no final decision has been made, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich told reporters Thursday.

Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev said earlier that the government had prepared proposals to expand private pension funds’ access to participation in privatization and that those initiatives had been already approved by President Vladimir Putin.
